Lazada FAQ

Would I receive a confirmation/proof when returning my parcel?

No, you will not receive a proof of drop off. However, upon drop off, you will be able to track your parcels with Collectco's barcode number issued to you in Lazada's shipping label at track.collectco.my. Kindly contact Collectco customer service if you are unable to track your parcel 1 day after drop-off.

Does Collectco offer packaging services?

No, our collection centres do not offer packaging services or sell packaging materials. Please ensure that you have packed your parcels according to our packaging criteria before dropping them off at our collection centres.

Are there any requirements on parcel size?

Collectco centres will only accept parcels under the weight of 10kg and with maximum dimensions of 35cm x 35cm x 35cm. Collection centres have the right to reject parcels which are larger than the stated dimensions.

Will I be refunded on my purchase at the collection centre?

No you will not be refunded the value of your purchase at the point of drop off.

How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?

For Klang Valley, it will take 2-3 working days for your parcel to be delivered to Lazada. The delivery time will be slightly longer for out of Klang Valley parcels.

What are the packaging criteria before I drop off a parcel?

Use original packaging from Lazada, seal and pack tight, stick the Lazada return form on the parcel before dropping it at any Collectco points.
