In order to avoid any disputes, all CollectCo agents are now required to upload the images of your parcel based on the picture given below. 

Parcel that exceeds 20CM on any sides and parcels above 3kg are required to fill in this form and upload the pictures according to . 

Parcel measurement of the Length, Height, Width and Weight images, must be uploaded in the form below. 

If there is any dispute charges that has been made on any of our agents, we will refer to this images that you have provided to us. 

Failure to upload any images or store any proof of measurement will not be entertained if there is any disputes occurred.

5. The maximum weight for goods that can be shipped is 30 kgs.
