Does Collectco offer packaging services?
No, our collection centre does not offer packaging services or sell packaging materials. Please ensure that you have packed your parcels according to our packaging criteria before dropping them off at our collection centres.
What are the packaging criteria before I drop off a parcel?
Use good strong packaging, wrap your item well and seal the bag or box well. Ensure that the label on the parcel is visible for the collection centre to scan.

Will I get a refund or exchange at the collection centre?
No, you will not be refunded the value of your purchase or exchanged at the point of drop off.

Upon drop off, you will be able to track your parcels with Collectco’s barcode on the returns label at track.collectco.my. Kindly contact Collectco customer service if you are unable to track your parcel 1 day after drop-off.

How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?
For Klang Valley, it will take 2-3 working days for your parcel to be delivered to Zalora. The delivery time will be slightly longer for out of Klang Valley parcels.
How can I obtain my shipping label?
Your returns label should come in your parcel. Simply attach it to the parcel and drop it off at any Collectco outlets.
