About Us

Collectco is a network of collection centres that offer parcel delivery and collection services. We aim to revolutionise last mile e-fulfilment in ASEAN by making your e-commerce experience hassle free. Our mission is to uplift the e-commerce ecosystem in ASEAN by appointing a collection centre in every town ASEAN-wide.

Our three core services offered at the collection centre - send, collect and return, will ensure you have an excellent experience shopping online. Our strategic partnerships with logistics and payment companies will ensure your parcels are handled professionally at all times.

Our History

2016

CollectCo is born!

We believe in offering convenience to customer to receive and drop off their parcels through a network of collection points nationwide. We started out with 100 collection points and quickly grew to 500 in a year.

2018

Scaling up

We grew the collection point network from 500 to now 1,000, spreading across nationwide including East Malaysia.

2019

CollectCo Premium Point

The rise of e-commerce in Malaysia has given way to an increased demand for parcel services. With that, we created the CollectCo Premium Point to help mom and pops and micro-retailers to take advantage of this growth by selling parcel services to their local community.

2020

700 Premium Points nationwide!

We scaled up our Premium Point network to 700 points nationwide, in collaboration with 10 renowned courier companies. Allowing customers to send a parcel to anywhere in the world through our network.
